We were cuddling on the couch on date 2, but she could hear my roommate in his room and resisted my kiss.

Is there any chance to pull it off on date 3, if we're completely in private?
How soon to the beginning of the date should I attempt? Should I not take her to any other locations first, besides my house?

I don't think that had anything to do with it. If she wanted to kiss you, she'd have kissed you regardless. Hell, a woman would bang you with your friends in the room of she likes you.

She's either using anti slut defense, or is getting close to ljbf.

Agreed, I've dated plenty of girls to know that if they want something they won't let anything get in the way. If a girl was into me she had no problem with PDA or anything public because she was ecstatic to be with me and wanted to show that off.

These are some stupid excuses. You are not the only one that is doing it. It's a simple way to reason why something didn't went as we planned or wanted to be.
If you want to escape from it , stop thinking about it and have more options. If you do it ,you will be on the right way.

You're rationalising her behaviour. Bottom line her actions.........without rationalising them or analysing them.....

........do her actions appear to be the actions of someone with high interest level???

If you give the bytch an opportunity for a 3rd meet......go for the kiss within the first 20 minutes.....
ask her how good of a kisser she is......

Toss her if you don't get what YOU want.
