5 Months here, still stings a little now and then, we work in the same field so names get mentioned in passing but no contact.

Just been dumped 2 days ago from a 3 year relationship by phone... wouldn't even see me after I drove to her house and waited for hours.

27 days and 22 hours since I started NC.

"Hey I feel bad about our last convo. [blah blah why she was uncomfortable] Anyway, just wanted to say that. In [city where we had a hot romantic escape together] now and thought of you. Hope all is well."
We dated (w/ good sex) for less than six months. Haven't replied to her last text. Since NC started, I lost 20 pounds, gained muscle, eat better, moved, new job prospects in finance, new city, more plates... But the sex with her was so good. I haven't responded at all -- should I? If so, how?

I would say I managed to get over a chick without strict NC. Sure, the idea helps one simply move forward, but I found the premise a bit childish. I still contact my ex, but its all good now. The best thing for getting over it is just good old fashion time. I was with a good number of women since than, and that didn't help as much as people claim ( it didn't hurt either). How about go one further and delete her number her email her address and remove her from facebook (if you use it).
Its a hard road when someone you trust stabs you in the back, worst part is you always knew it was going to happen sooner or later.
Think of it this way whatever happens in 10 years time she will be married to a average guy who will be providing a normal life for her. He wil be fat sad and depressed thank your stars that you won't be that guy.
You can now save all that time energy and money and in 5-10 years time go buy a Ferrari
BTW NC is the only thing that works when your dealing with a low quality woman, they just don't get what they done wrong so its pointless to keep talking to them as they now have no value or meaning to anything you do.

Day3! its gettin harder :/ i wanna talk to her so bad she hasnt texted me or even looked at me at school maybe she dont want me back, im startin to think about her more!!! :/ i need to keep myself busy im goin out with the boyz this weekend and partying tho so that might get my mind off of her

mmmmm ok guys 75 days of NC now and guess what i am still missing her like crazy still loving her yeah my pain is not like the 1st month but i am still in pain she didn't even try to call or text or email me i can't believe how someone was so deeply in love with me is very happy with a jerk and don't give a **** about me can't wait to get over her may be one day

I'll guess this will be my day one. I will give you guys back story. I feel she keeps using me. She divorced me got back together with me told me to leave called police on me mutliple times. Tell people I'm lame tells people I don't pay child support.All because I broke a laptop and watched porn. I think she was just using me until she got her tax money and a car.She won't be getting that back for a while though.We actually had sex today and she asked me to go the club tonight but I work 7 days a week she works 1.
