I would say I managed to get over a chick without strict NC. Sure, the idea helps one simply move forward, but I found the premise a bit childish. I still contact my ex, but its all good now. The best thing for getting over it is just good old fashion time. I was with a good number of women since than, and that didn't help as much as people claim ( it didn't hurt either).
