"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Yuppie Dallas Woman Has Major Temper Tantrum on American Airlines Flight Before Take Off; Causes Scene and Delays Everyone's Flight

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

And she's trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame now! She's 39 too so her 40th birthday is coming up soon.

I get the sense she's high mileage from that podcast clip (nails, lots of rings, gestures), not to mention that she must've been on drugs to have that reaction on the plane. Bottom line, she's been around the block.

She's hot and basically my age, but I can't imagine going on a date with her, trying to seduce her and make out ... I just find it gross, it would be like trying to make out with a man. I guess that's what age and high mileage does to a woman, in my view at least. I would have no issues to just fvck her doggy though. :D

.....Needs constant attention, had a lot of dihk, cray-cray. No doubt. I'd love to hear her ex boyfriends' stories. Haha, they will all be the same.

I like how you two had the same reaction to her.

Since she lives in Dallas, I could conceivably see her somewhere in Dallas but it would be quite improbable for that to happen.

We don't run in the same circles in Dallas. I think we would be most likely to see each other in Northpark Center (see below), a higher end mall in Dallas and a place I've done approach sessions. It's still far fetched I would see her at Northpark, but it's the most realistic scenario.

I would approach her and see where the conversation went. If it was a good conversation, I would ask her out.

She has a nice physique. I think sex with her would be good.

The more probable situation is that an approach on her would go nowhere and I wouldn't ask her out due to a not so exciting conversation.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
