Never ever, EVER downgrade. Only ever upgrade. Why would you seek LESS than what you've already proven you can have and deserve? Downgrading is the easy way out.

The harder but far more rewarding way is to learn what you would do differently and seek more from from the next one, not less.

There are certain wines that are better qualities than others (objectively speaking) but ultimately it all comes down to personal taste (subjectively speaking)

You have trouble getting over the good chemical feelings the sex with her gave you and that's because the sex was being used by you, subconsciously, to cover up for problems lying within you, like lack of care and love when you were a child and fear of being abandoned and probably some self esteem issues, too.

And just a personal advice: a woman's hotness has partly to do with the way she looks. There is another part that includes the way she behaves, the way she thinks, the way she turns you on. If you make women all about looks, you're not only shallow, but you're gonna miss the whole fun of having a smart, fun, caring chick in your life.

I always do much better re looks in the medium to long run. In the short run just try to find girls that have character and are fun to be around.

This is it man...right now I am banging two hb6 they are easy going, no drama, give me sex on demand...

One is willing to take part in a 3sum and more....

I just see these chicks as a short term thing... temporary downgrade, in the long run will more likely do better.

When a woman breaks up with a man, she will usually seem as cold as ice, to a degree that rocks us to the core. This is because she actually broke up months ago (mentally and spiritually) and has been spending those months grieving while she was with you. Since she is by and large already over it, she seems cruel and detached, usually completely out of her character.

Just remember that you loved the way she made you feel, much more than you loved her personally.

Talking about getting over hot chicks.. I got serious onetis for a girl some years ago... took me nearly two years to break away from her.. that girl took me for a ride..

Last time this happened to me was right after college, 1988-90... with my college GF. I then figured out that one of the components of 'oneitis' is that you feel like if you had done things different, then sh!t would not have gone sideways. It is attraction and regret.

Once you self-actualize and come to the conclusion there is NOTHING you can do to get a chick to want you, then it is very liberating. Be the best man you can be and let the chips fall where they will... go with the flow. Do that and you will never get irrationally hooked on any expectation.
