sad but trueshe's saying "if I were the only one you were seeing, this would be every night" but we all know that's a lie.
She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.
You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.
The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
Fvck that. If you're going to videotape anything it should be taking a load to the face or getting acupuncture up her dirtchute after a dirty sanchez.Serialized3 said:So you're saying "don't get laid where you live" then, eh?
Honestly man, this might just be the legal eagle in me, but you need to save the crazy texts and messages she keeps sending you, and maybe taking video of her if she comes over again. That way if she decides to press charges for you involving the dog or whatever or decides to cry rape, you'll have some evidence that shows she's the psycho stalker and not you.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
First lesson you must learn young asshopper: Stop watching so much fvcking Star Trek and reading so many comic books.ValleyDJing said:You took martial arts for 6 years man? I don't believe you! I thought martial artists had like a spidey sense when danger was approaching. You should have like done the matrix when the glass was flying at your head.
not recently... from the age of 9-14ish/15.. then it got in the way of high school basketball so I quit. but I can defend myself to the point where I'm not afraid of anyone.. but you still pick and choose your battles. The first thing they teach you, well not the first but one of the more important things, and anyone who has taken a martial arts class can vouch, is once you get to the point where you actually realize what you are capable of, to only use what you know to defend yourself.ValleyDJing said:You took martial arts for 6 years man? You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Agreed. Stronger, smarter, and more interesting. Makes you realize how great dogs are too.backbreaker said:what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
