"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I went out with a girl a few weeks ago and that was one of the first things she said to me. It's not that I have the greatest skin ever, but I do take care of it a little better than most guys do.

Having clear skin is important, and not that hard. When I was younger (high school, beginning of college) i had acne. My skin isn't great by any stretch, but its clear, at least.

Where are you going wrong? You are probably treating the skin on your face the same way you treat the skin on your ass (I know I was): a little bar soap in the shower and that's it. Needless so say, you should do a little more than that.

Here's what I do, which I guess works because since I've started I've had multiple girls comment on my skin. I use face wash instead of bar soap in the shower. I use a Nivea for men variety for oily skin (because I have oily skin), once I get out of the shower I use a facial moisturizer made my Gillette for men. That, married to the fact that I drink a Sh@tload of water all day makes my skin look good.

Try it out. Girls notice these things. Having clear skin is not metro.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Clean skin is great. Women always compliment me on how soft my hands feel.

I lift Weights, and am very active in general. I always et comments on how soft my hands are. Just look after them, a quick slapon of some hand cream morning and before bed does the trick!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I wear gloves when I lift weights. It makes a big difference.

I'm a computer programmer. :) In contrast, my brother who has similar hobbies as mine is a constructor worker and his hands are very coarse.

Sebum is a result of hormones, many say DHT specifically. Therefore it's really hard to control oil from the outside.

Some things you can do are:
1. drink 10 glasses of water a day.
2. put a thin layer of milk of magnesia on your face and wipe off the residue after it dries. This is some peoples holy grail. It also is dirt cheap and works better than 99% of those overpriced oil control cremes.
3. Drink a few glasses of good loose leaf green tea a day. It is a DHT blocker, with one glass inhibiting the testosterone conversion to DHT by 87%.
4. Don't overwash. This not only means no body soap, but no harsh acne cleansers. Mild cleansers are all you need. YOu need to keep the acid mantle on your skin and most products strip that off, thus you produce more oil to compensate. It's this acid mantle that kills the p acnes bacteria.

I could go on for ever about this but visit some boards and search the net. Some of the best things for your face are right in your kitchen.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Tempest:

I use Nivea for men stuff in a sort of green blue bottle. Its that whole "special formulated for oily skin" type of thing.

I'm not 100% sure if this is really how it works, but this makes sense to me; use a moisturizer once you get done washing your face. they thing it, for guys like us at least, out faces make too much oil. Well, once you wash your face really good all of a sudden your face is really dry. The problem is then, you face knows it is dry all of a sudden, and produces a whole bunch more oil, therefore making the problem worse. If you moisturize then your face doesn't feel the need to overproduce oil because it never knew it got dry.

It looks like blackbirdbeatle knows whats up. You might want to try out what he has to say too.

All I know is this is what works for me. But it probably couldn't hurt if you gave it a shot, it did a lot for me.
