About three and a half weeks ago I hung out with this girl and went to coffee with her. I never heard from her again. But she told me why I may not hear from her during the meeting, she told me she's in the process of breaking up with her boyfriend. I am trying to grow up now and am staying away from rebound girls. So I said thanks for the hour of disappointment and "I'll see you on the other side". I deleted her number and went home and later to the gym. So three and a half weeks later I get the following text message conversation;

The following is an exact transcribed conversation. All names have been changed to protect the innocent.

Stupidgirl; Hey you! What are you up to?
Tray: Who the Fuvk is this?
Stupidgirl: It's *beep*, did you delete my number? What the hell?
Tray: Oh hey *beep*, yeah, I deleted your number cause I didn't think I would hear from you and I usually don't hang on to numbers of girls that are not interested in me. But it's good to hear from you. What's up?
Stupid: I see, just wanted to say hello, wanted to see if you wanted to go do something sometime.
Tray: Hmmmm.....Well, I would love to. But I'm out of town (I wasn't). I come back next Tuesday, but am meeting up with *beep*, I promised her I would take her out, how about Thursday at 7 pm?
Stupidgirl: Oh so, you have a girlfriend?
Tray: If I had a girlfriend, I wouldn't have answered your text. I have a date.
Stupidgirl: Okay, Thursday's good. Call me so we can meet up.
Tray: Okay, Thursday then, but you should call me, I usually forget these things, you may be having drinks on your own cause I may forget. Call me to remind me.
Stupidgirl: I will, see you soon!!!!! xoxxoxoxo


Let's see what happens next Thursday......It's been so long I forgot what she looks like, but this bitcvh thinks she can just call and get me up anytime she wants. FUVK HER. I have survived 32 winters, and this is not my first rodeo. I am tired of bitcvhes who think they can do whatever the fuk they want.

This sounded quite weak and sissy ish, like you were trying to make her feel guilty for not being interested in you. Came across insecure as already said. Not wasting your time on girls who arent interested in you is a principle you should show by your actions, not verbalize. It loses its meaning and sounds insecure when you do.

If you want to make her feel bad, save your time and say '**** you'.

Going into so much detail was strange and awkward dont you think? If you wanted to make yourself hard to get and preselected then why didnt you just say 'i have a date' at the most. Saying 'i have plans' is good enough to raise question marks. Again, you're trying to get back at this girl cos you think she wronged you.

Reeks of insecurity..too much over-explanation to display higher value, but it just comes across as weak and lame!

Despite the mistakes you've made in that text conversation with her, just give the stupid girl one last chance. If she shows up, well, you'll know what to do this time.
