Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I was thinking the same thing. Not that I would actually report this, or that the OP should. But if he were to report her then that would take away her time and energy from ever reporting him for anything frivilous. She would be too busy defending his allegations to FULLY focus on making up her own back at him. That'd be one less woman out of his cubicle war collective that could strike him at full force whenever he looked at her wrong. It's sick that it has came to this, but this it's really getting this ridiculous.Sexual misconduct/report to HR ASAP.
Tis true, she shouldn't be touching him, c ever. What she did could be considered battery.I was thinking the same thing. Not that I would actually report this, or that the OP should. Well, she certainly got your attention didn’t she …so today at work i was sitting at the table waiting to clock into work & the girl who works there was walking over to the bathroom & she hit me on my head softly.
I chuckled. She sounds BPD and highly likely to cheat on you in fact she's probably scheming how to get you into a LTR just to cheat as women are non monogamous, you don't have looks, MONEY or status to keep her. Go NC.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I'm naive to ur western culture. In my opinion it's not harmless at all.
Her workplace conduct is inappropriate and if the roles were reversed OP could well face a reprimand or termination.
But what's most harmful, in my mind, is OPs naive embrace of the double standard.
A male worker touching a female colleague is much more likely to generate a harassment complaint (HR depts. across America comprise nearly 100% females...biatchy, azzhole feminist-type females).
But a woman touching a male colleague merely generates a speculative thread about IOIs.
In my mind this thread shows how men are conditioned to think of themselves as inferior.
It's yet another double standard that no man should be willing to accept.
If ANYONE is attracted to ANYONE then touching is totally fine. If roles were reversed this girl would be cool with it.In my opinion it's not harmless at all.

Probably, but you wouldn’t know that until after Ms. Handsy had already taken action…If ANYONE is attracted to ANYONE then touching is totally fine. If roles were reversed this girl would be cool with it.
