Saw some chick posted this on facebook, it might have been the most sickening thing I saw someone I know post:

Needless to say she got many thumbs ups and praises from other women with a few males doing the same.

I don't know why it bothers me, I suppose it has to do with me being more aware of the constant bombardment of bullsh1t sugar coated messages that society keeps feeding us and making some of us believe. It seems to me that behind these type of women’ empowerment’ messages there is an ugly hidden agenda that most people are not aware of. That agenda is meant to devalue and shame masculinity in order to destroy it and thus gain power over men.

There is too much female praise and not enough male praise in this world.

What's the problem with the post?
Puts the woman in the place many here think she belongs: making a house a home, having children, being a loving wife and mother.
I didn't see anything about "give me a laboratory and I'll cure a disease" or "give me some steel and I'll build you a bridge"

this is another example of the self-deluding nature of women's sexuality. i believe they take these positions, and on a subconcious level identify with them, because they're hard wired to celebrate their gender-specific, culturally identified victories - even when they have nothing to show for it. they need to satisfy the social/collective bargaining aspects of their identity, if not by leading it then by marching proudly in step. finding a girl who is mature enough to transcend that collective nonsense is hard, but worth it because she can stand on her own.
