"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So I was in a bar last night. At about 1:30 a UG comes up to me and is like "Hey, you've been looking at me all night. Let's dance." I had indeed made EC with her a few times and smiled. So I go off and we try to dance...I had had a couple beers and I can't dance for crap anyway. She's like "you can't dance!!" and I said "Yeah, but there's something I CAN do" and I made some pelvic thrusting motions, with a goofy grin on my face. She walked off.

Now, I'm not too concerned because I wasn't into her anyway. But I wonder what else I could have done about that **** test. Was I too C&F? Or just too C without the F?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Just work on the dance skills and you'll be fine. When you acquire sick dance skills you'll start pulling tonnes of broads no prob.

Thanks - I'm less concerned about the fact taht I can't dance, than how I handled the sh!t test. I mean, I thought she'd crack up or something rather than run off. What gives? She just wasn't fun, maybe?

shoulda looked her straight in the face, hips thrusting like you're possessed, and just say, "you just can't recognize greatness if it was looking you in the face..." with a real serious tone...

blah, just a thought... a funny one at that... :woo:

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Cool...just to make sure I get it then, what I said was perfectly fine (assuming my tone / body language were okay) and she just had a sky high ***** shield (as UG's often do, in my limited experience)

^^^^ This is a cause for concern and not your dancing!

You could have asked her to show you some better moves.......
But she was an UG so why bother doing it in the first place.....I would rather you had never made EC with her in the first place.....why look at something you don't want?

Anyway you could have pulled some kind of C+F or just dance worse than before and make a joke out of it....something?

"Well thats something we have in common then". Thats C + F. Pelvic motions is aswell but your talking abit a sh!t test....you know it was a sh!t test. Pelvic motions is too much for that...

I stand by the fact of whats the point in pulling a UG anyways?

They are harder to pull than fit girls and are hardly worth any effort.

I agree with what ElMonoloco when he said:

That would have been the best answer... You should have said something like "hehe, I know... what can i say, I cant be good at EVERYTHING;) ... You wanna show me some moves?" *eye contact, flirt and grin* (while saying this) ... That should have set you up nicely.

But if possible, try this with HB's as appose to UG's in future:rolleyes:

Laterz...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

..."That's nothing, you should hear me play the piano..."

Your reply was kinda ****y enough, but not that funny, and if she doesn't know you, a little creepy. Can you imagine George Clooney/James Bond/anyone women tend to find attractive using the groin-thrust? The same line accompanied with a raised eyebrow would have been more suggestive and sexy.

Better, tease her about her dancing, whether it was good or not. And learn to dance, its not hard, women love it and its fun.

I think you would have handled it better (maybe even your dancing) if you didn't have as much to drink. I have nothing against drinking, it's just that if your game isn't high in a couple of areas, drinking seldom enhances it. A lot of guys will tell you that drinking gives them courage; that may be true but it's easy to have the courage to make an @ss of yourself in front of a woman when you're drunk.
