Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Is this a myth, or is this true? If its just a myth, what is the most about of muscle you can gain in month/week/year? I think there were times when I gained 4 lbs in a week, but I'd never gain 52 lbs in a year, at the most 15.

There is no set amount of muscle that you can gain, everybody bodies are different. What people tend to do is call all the weight they gain muscle, claiming they gained 40+ lbs. in a year, when most of the time it's fat. There is no right way of lifting, everyone is different and has different goals so everyone will come out with differeny results.

Muscle growth isn't linear - you can gain large amounts of muscle one month, then much smaller amounts the month after. It's a complicated subject as far as I've been told. :)

blinkwatt - gaining 40lbs in your first year of training is perfectly possible in some cases. :)

I've seen three people go from about 180 lbs (12% bf) to 230 lbs (6% bf) in under 4 months. Wrestling and traditional games training, plus lots of traditional food. Depends on your body type though I guess.
