I was looking back at some of my old threads. I saw a post that I made when I was in highschool, asking how to stop being afraid to sit next to people at lunch.
How insane is that? I felt so ****ing inferior.
A few great posters gave me a pep talk and tried to help me out. Truth be told, I wasn't able to see the value at first. When you have limiting beliefs, it's hard to see the world in any other way.
Now I've had successes and am so much more confident overall. I'm not perfect, and I don't have to be. It was amazing to see. I actually started crying.
If you have problems, approaching, thinking you aren't are enough, it's all due to fear. Face your fears. Then you will look back and say it was all worth it.
I've changed a **** ton, and I'm still evolving.
I would like to see how other people changed and their views now below.
