You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
That's irrelevant, and you missed the point entirely. The point was, they didn't get where they are now by worrying about their height... height is hardly a disadvantage.Originally posted by Prophett
I agree that height shouldn't be made into as big a deterrent as many in this discussion claim it is, but citing 6 influential celebrities-actors at that- is illrelevant and fails in lending support to your argument.
It's their job (those guys listed) to give off a certain image-one further manipulated by the media. James dean was a pretty insecure shy person as you would learn if you ever studied up on him. Robert Deniro is a self-confessed shy guy as well.
Lastly, these guys are famous so they'll get a$$ regardless of their height-as perfectly exemplified by mini me''s marriage to a 6 ft model.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.

Look at George Bush. He's 6' and still a wuss. Married to an ugly woman, also.

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Height is an issue but not a major one. You're not gonna not get girls because you are short absolutely not but women do prefer tall or taller guys.Just because they have a preference doesn't mean short guys won't get women. In the larger scheme of things short and tall men have an equal chance of getting women.WORKEROUTER said:This goes out to all of those short guys in the world. I myself am 5'7, and I must say, it is not a confidence booster when almost every other girl is as tall as you.
HOWEVER, you need to still establish a dominant position. One way to do this is WORKING out. I'm not saying you need to look freakish, but have a good solid physique. For me, at 5'7, I'm aiming around 170, and cut. I'm about a year away.
Also, join a contact sport. For instance, I practice BJJ. In a year or two I want to start cross-training in muay thai. By the time I'm 21, I want to be skilled in both.
These are going to help improve your mental game and your confidence is going to begin showing itself.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I've heard plenty of women say this, not just freakishly tall but I have had some of my women friends tell me they were looking for someone under 6ft. I'm 5'8" btw.
One women (also 5'8", hmmm) told me once
"I like having sex with men who are around my height because it's easier to get into alot of the different positions"
Anyways we can sit here and complain about it all day or we can work on the parts of our game we actually have control over.
