I’m my personal life I have had a lot of legal affairs. The two biggest were an annulment with a bigamist who married me illegally, and a lawsuit against a former employer for gender discrimination while I still worked there. Many others but those are the biggest two. I have learned so much about law in the past 20 years. Aside from being a cop, I’m talking lots of things I’ve learned in my personal life with law. Everybody should learn some basics. It’s not as hard as what the main stream wants you to think it is. If you can read and have some common sense you can do a lot of your own legal affairs without a lawyer. It’s about learning what is applicable to your situation and what isn’t, based on where you are located, what laws apply to your situation in your location, and what doesn’t. For example, you wouldn’t use Illinois compiled statutes for your State civil case in Colorado. However, if Federal case law came out of Illinois and made it to the US Supreme Court, it’s fair game in a Colorado Federal case. This is just a generic example. I can’t stress this enough. It’s really worth the time for everybody to learn. I am so confident now dealing with anybody. People can’t even get near fvcking me over legally anymore. If they try they get shut down quickly and harshly. Terrance Pop is a popular red pill YouTuber and He often talked about doing his own legal work. It’s great stuff!

I was arrested for B&E and destruction of property and many other associated charges in high school, luckily I was 17 so I did not get tried as an adult, ended up being two misdemeanors. I was also charged with careless driving when I was a 18, was almost charged with reckless driving which is a felony, but I lucked out.

Otherwise, a few speeding tickets. A few years ago I was actually caught driving with an expired license, expired insurance/tabs, and driving at 125mph and was let off with just a speeding ticket, somehow.

I was also sued by someone for a car accident, tried to claim extra damages from me that my insurance didn't pay out, but the case was dropped as my insurance dealt with most of the legal matters, thank god.

I've been riding a bike without a motorcycle endorsement on my DL for a good while now, but I think I'll be fine given my history...

At 19, I got caught with 3 handles** of liquor from a grocery store and was gently guided into the second story. Since the amount was over $50, the security guy said he had to call the police. I told him, these were actually on sale so it came out to just over $40. The guys gave me a smirk and said they didn’t offer sale prices to thieves LMAO
Cop gets called and he escorted me out. I saw my buddy’s car zip out of the parking lot. Got a letter and a $250 fine
A year later I was driving home a couple drunk chicks after a busted party, one of them became my LTR and slow rolled a stop sign. Cop said I had a warrant for my arrest. I told him I’m just trying to get these girls home safe. He let me go

Apparently I had to go to court on top of paying that fine. So I go to court and they told me I had to spend 1 day in jail. Like WTF. longest day of my life

**3 Handles in a fvcking jacket

Oh and I got charged with grand theft as a college freshman for taking a couch from the library and putting it on the dorm roof. That **** actually was a year long process where I had to appear in front of a judge with a public defender.

On this topic, how do you avoid jury duty?

I’ve been postponing it but I’m sure a denial of extension will come

No issue with the law. Mainly civil cases or disputes involving money but that is more in the past. Never won a big judgment against a corporation or big players but I certainly tried when I was young and gained experience along the way.

felonies that were eventually expunged by a junkyard dog of a lawyer of mine. Raised in southern california 3 freeway exits away from the Mexican border was always a galore to engage in very lucrative illegal activities when I used to move in those certain circles. Now I'm on the straight and narrow. I see my aging parents and since Im their only son I just cant give them those painful burdens anymore from when I was a young buck with a chip on my shoulder. But sometimes the same ol' same ol' tries to creep up but I rack my brain and toe the line. I just feel the presence of my dead ex girlfriend telling me to keep walking that straight path and man the F up

fun fact: someone who was convicted of murder passed my state's bar moral character determination and became a lawyer, but someone who had some stupid cheating issue in college failed and now cannot become a lawyer.

My state's bar association approved a guy with a conviction for armed bank robbery.

It depends, but I was once put into the jury box for a case the involved armed robbery. When asked if any of us had ever been robbed at gunpoint, I stated that I had and mentioned the magic words: stockholm syndrome. The lawyers and the judge laughed and then threw me out.

Basically if you have been the victim of a similar crime, show sympathy for a party, or if you have the knowledge to be a subject matter expert, one of the teams of lawyers will throw you out since you'd be able to sway the jury. But you do need to show up to court at least once or twice.
