"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I was channel flipping and saw this thing on TLC titled "worlds fattest man" so I decided to check it out real quick. Wish I hadn't now because I feel like a real loser.lol Fat doesn't even begin to describe this dude. He lives over in London and some chick here in America saw a show about him and somehow looked him up online, they got to talking and she flew her @$$ all the way to London to be with this fat b@stard! This dude has to ride in an ambulance because his big @$$ can't fit in a normal car, he pulls up to the airport in this thing and they unload him into his SUPER wide electric wheel chair. They meet at the airport and this woman gives him a huge likes he's been off to war the past 5 years or something. I've never gotten a hug like that in my life. The real kicker is I bet you think this lady is ugly or fat or both. Hell no, she's f*cking HOT(not hot in our terms but you'd never expect a woman that looks like this to give him the time of day), in shape, and I'm sitting there like "what the fvck?" I could go on POF right now and be turned down by women that look like this broad, and this fat dude is pulling leg! Again, she sought HIM ought not the other way around. You gotta watch this show to see what I'm talking about. If you're single and feeling like a loser, this show won't help your confidence that's for sure.lol

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

She is a woman. She made emotional decision when she saw the drama. She isnt in love, she is feeding of emotions to be with world fattest man, which give him mini celebrity status. When emotions will wear out she will be gone leaving him heartbroken.

OP women love winners or loosers, its guy in the middle who gets screwed, because he doesnt create emotions in a woman aka nice guy.She was moved by tragedy of this man, this created emotions in her and emotions are womans fuel. This is why guys like thugs, drug dealers, serial killers etc get girls they create emotions in them doesnt matter good or bad,for woman emotion is emotion.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

She also mentioned more than once she has her own business. This is wonderful advertisement for that business.

Besides what's been said, some women actually like overweight men. They prefer them. How do I know? I'm on one of the premier sites for it (obviously for other purposes, I'm neither overweight nor interested in men).

Having a girlfriend is not an achievement. You're still stuck in that AFC mentality.

As I've said before any retard can get a girlfriend. I think all men actually want one they are attracted to. I could get a fatty but who wants that? I have an ugly girl who's really into me right now but I wouldn't hit it if she were the last girl in the world.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

There's no longer shame in obesity anymore so now it's becoming "attractive"

Having a girlfriend is not that much of an achievement. Being able to spin multiple hot plates while attracting and owning the ones you want is the goal.

Some women have a sort of caretaker syndrome. They get involved with men so they can take care of them and feel needed. I've seen a lot of examples of this in real life. I'm surprised they don't talk about this sort of thing more often in seduction circles. But they're all stuck on their alphas and betas. There's a lot more going on in the dating world than the simple stereotypes you read about here.

I'm glad you brought this up. I might be going off on a slight tangent, but here goes...

I'm sure we've all heard the following armchair "theories" about women:

1. "Women like a 'project' for a man or a 'fixer-upper.'"

2. "They like to nurture a guy that has issues."

3. "It's some maternal instinct thing going when women go for men that have issues."

But, my problem with such theories is that women, for the most part, only consider bad boys and/or physically large men as viable "fixer-upper" candidates or "to be nurtured or changed" material. It is certainly arguable that the responsible, skinny/average build, nice guy is also a "fixer-upper" that needs work (although maybe less). But somehow women don't consider him a worthy "project."**

**Unless she already married him and is trying to control and change every aspect of his existence, but were aren't talking about that lol. I'm talking about initial attraction and dating/relationships, not marriage.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Agree with Zekko, women date differently then what people on here seem to think. Not all women date the "ripped muscular alpha male" type guys some people on here trying to become. I seen women with skinny lanky awkward guys, chubby guys with beards, ETC.

I do know women who like chubby teddy bear types

And no joke I know a white girl who is dating a INDIAN guy and she is attractive. And seen a white woman with a Indian dude romantically at Starbucks twice in the same week.

With that taken on board, there is yet something awesome about getting full undivided attention from an HB9/10 who bigs you up and isn't trying to play into your anxieties, like the common female message-board user.

It feels like getting a pass into the lifestyle of someone who has actually been treated as of value to society.

When cold hard reality kicks in, I tend not to expect it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
