If someone like Jaylan was your supervisor at work cause diversity he would prevent you from getting promoted, likely get you fired.
If you filed for unemployment, he'd try to get it denied.
If you filed an EEO complaint he'd summarily deny it.
if a gentle giant committed a serious crime against you or a family member, jaylans on the jury would acquit.
If you were running for political office the jaylans would all vote against you no matter what...
