“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Yo Whats Up!

I got a couple of problems I need help with. First of all I have been lifting weights on and off since I was like 14 years old. I am now 18 and I am about to go to college this year. The fact that I have been lifting weights on and off for the last 4 years means only one thing. That I am starting and then I am quiting after a couple of months or so. My famalies genes allow me to be naturally thick, and I don't have a hard time building muscle at all. The main problem I have is that tied with all of that I still have fat on my body, but recently this summer I started back working out, and running to try to tone down some. I have successfully continued throughout the summer, and even though I haven't seen the pounds leave off the scale I can see in the mirror that I have toned down. My arms are more cut, my waist is smaller. Hey I can even see my two top abs starting to come in. I mean I still have alot of flab on my body, but when I take off my shirt off now I can actually see the potentail that I have. The thing is I hate working out in front of other people. Mainly because I build muscle so easily that I don't have to lift that heavy of weights. People expect for me to be so strong, but I'm really not that strong. I don't even know what my max. on the bench is. This is not the point though, I know I am going to have to suck it up, and work out in the weight room with everyone else or else I am going to once again loose all of my progress. I was wondering how can I start lifting for more power?

Don't worry about how heavy the weight is, when your in the gym and see the knuckleheads straining to get 285 up on the bench with horrible form just laugh.

I lift because it makes me feel good, and I like looking cut with my shirt off during the summer...If it were possible to look as jacked as you want to be, by only lifting 1lb. weights each session, would you do it??? I know i would...So screw everything else...Its a good general dj philosophy
