Hey everyone,

I work out regularly, eat fairly well, but at 6'1" I still feel kinda "skinny" at 200lbs. This, to me, is my ideal body that i'd like to achieve:

Any advice on workout plans that I could follow to look like that? Anyone had any success with the "Starting Strength", or Crossfit, or something similar in order to get to that kind of build?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Thanks for the reply.

I've never closely tracked my food intake, though I understand that I should in order to achieve the results I want. I normally eat 5-6 small meals a day, along with half a gallon or so of whole milk. I incorporate plenty of protein, so am hitting 200-250grams of protein on a daily basis. My fat intake is a little high given the whole milk, but my carbs are relatively low.

I do weight training 3 times a week, and then cardio 2 - 3 times a week currently, as well as Kempo Karate.
