“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

maybe that's a stupid question but i want to know. my body's in a good workout mood in the middle of the day. that's the time when i'm at work of course. i'm considering working out really early in the morning around 5 or 6 am. (the evening time is usually too busy.) i'm wondering are there any dangers because the body's sleepy ? or is there some suggested time to be awake before workout ?
thanks, who knows and shares thoughts

As long as you are aware and you do your stretches to avoid injury, it doesn't really matter what time you work out. Generally if you workout early you have more energy throughout the day.

I know some guys on Iron Addicts have complained about working out in the morning and how they aren't as strong in the morning.

I have also read an article by a spinal expert who said you shouldn't workout until a few hours after waking up, as your risk of spinal injury is greater. (Something to do with the fluid leaving your discs/spine).

So the middle of the day or late evening it is!

Does this include running also? Should I not run in the morning?

I remember reading in a couple places that the body is physically strongest 4 and 11 hours after waking.. Something to consider for you.

On the other hand, if you do workouts like 95% of the population then go ahead and do it first thing in the morning. If you're into heavy lifting and are lifting up to and beyond 2x bodyweight, then I'd stick to the afternoon for a number of reasons, of which Quagmire pointed out.

I work out @ 6:15am, about an hour to an hour and a half after waking up. And, yes, I'm well above 2x bw for squats and deads. Whatever, I'm happy with my strength gains, no problems. I think people try to rationalize not working out in the morning cause they are L-A-Z-Y :) I used to work out at night...I can't imagine that now. After a full day's work, weights are the last thing I want to touch. The human body is quite adaptable. You will get used to the time of day you choose to lift as long as you stick with it.
