Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm doing a modified Starting Strength regimen. Restarted hitting the gym 2 weeks ago..

Also started using myfitnesspal and found out I've been eating below my daily calorie intake. No wonder I havent been getting any bigger. And when I do eat past my daily allowance, it's with junkfoods. So I've been keeping track and cutting down carbs + sugars + junk food/processed.

I'll do end of week updates.

Here is the workout.. I'm just going to say this is
==========
Week 1:
==========
Dead Lifts - 205
Squats - 165
Bench Press - 135
Mil. Press - 85
Pull Ups - 8 max

Weight: 145

Nice Job! Keep trying to add 5-10lbs a week or each time you lift. Your numbers will skyrocket in the next few months.
