Well...my first serious stint at the gym since summer started was last night. I went with an old friend who i havent seen i few years put who lives surprisingly close to me. Im in highschool and my friend was kinda the loser in elementary school who everyone used to pick on while i was the fat f*ck. Well anywho, hes frickin ripped now, especially for someone whos only 5'6, and he puts me to shame! I'm 6'2. While i concentrated on getting skinny hes been hitting the gym big time. So now i have to work hard just to avoid looking bad next to him. Talk about motivation...So anyway we did arm. 5 exercises per muscle. with 3sets each and 10 reps. My arms hurt like hell. Well its summer and i have goals to reach but like i said...The torture has started.

This is great news, you'll grow very fast, you have a good spotter and you can ask him any questions you have. Plus at 6'2 you'll look amazing once you get as ripped as him. :up:
