“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

been wondering about this for a while.

If your still sore from your previous workout (w/ weights) should u work out again or wait until your muscles aren't sore anymore??

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Training while sore is good.

You just have to discern a sore muscle from a dislocated joint or strained tendon. These injuries warrant a break from that muscle group.

you have to put things in context...what exercise were you doing and which muscles are currently sore. if you did a bunch of pull ups and heavy close grip t-bar rows, its probably not a good idea to do heavy deadlifts or intense biceps curling the next day.

if you are going to be doing exercises that involve an overlapping use of sore muscles, you should cut back on the weight and intensity.

I think it is best to judge your own body and the way it feels. It may sound like a generic answer but it certainly is best. I do 3 short (45min to 1 hr) but intense full body workouts per week and Krav Maga 2 times per week. Sometimes my body just gives me signs that I should rest and I stay home eat a big meal and sleep early. If you are eating the right food and getting rest your body will recover but the recovery time is an individual thing
