Women that write off or ban entire countries or states based on 1 bad relationship

I remember dating this 1 chick in her early 20's that told me she refuses to visit or date anyone that lives in California, Maryland, or Florida because she had a relationship with someone that lived there in the past and it ended badly.
She basically wrote off the entire state based off 1 person that lives there.

Another woman I dated briefly in her late 30's told me she hates all Venezuelans because she had a bad relationship with one. Now the entire country of Venezuela is banned.

I could imagine women like this in Europe that would ban men from entire countries from meeting her based on 1 bad relationship.
Like the entire country of France would be banned because she dated someone French and it didn't end well.

It might be reasonable for a woman to eliminate men from a certain geography after she asks some questions and finds out he fits some stereotype of an area that she does not like.

There’s a former poster who would do that here, in addition to bashing various demographics. He even flipped out and went on a scathing tirade about the county I live in. After awhile I concluded he hated all of mankind.

I have never experienced anything like this before.

On the other hand, I have experienced situations where my nationality comes with certain stereotypes that actually benefit me. For example, my nationality is often associated with being a player. Other times, women dated some from where I am from, annd even though the relationship had a messy breakup, these men provided a good time and gave her the “feels”. In these cases, they may still have lingering feelings. Ultimately, this works in my favor because either they want to relive the good times or they believe they can reform me.

I guess the other side of the coin is that they won’t date you due to negative stereotypes attached to your nationality, in which it has happened as well, but not to the extend that they hate everything about the country in ever regard.

They also do that with astrological signs. If a girl has more than a passing interest in your sign run in the opposite direction.
