"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

A lot of us saw her manipulating ways a few weeks ago, and mentioned what we saw

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

It does feel that way...

We were both very drunk, it's been a slow progression since she moved in 4 weeks ago, more touching, more comfortable with eachother etc. I don't think either of us wants to jeopardize a pretty cool home environment, home is meant to be a sanctuary/refuge from life so fvcking that up isn't a good move... I don't care if you think I should be charging her my D I have to live this life lol.

She gave me a semi while she had her feet on my lap so I let her feel it grow, I think that set off the evening, she wanted me to crack her back so I had my d!ck all rubbing on her, and she asked her a massage in her bed. She kept pushing herself onto me while we spooned, but she was quite aggressive (see drunk) with it.

If I smash... it's going to have to be a relationship, how can you casually see someone you live with, not tenable. My colleague said I should just wife her for the 6 month she's staying, she's hot, fun and I like having her around?
She's using feminity to manipulate you. Don't fall for it.

I get that Spaz. But if I take drugs recreationally and still go to work each day, smash work, don’t let it affect my life then it’s not a problem right?
Okay. Moderation is the key word here.

Sazc got it right.

She's using her feminine wiles to get you all wrap up in her tiny little palms.

She's there renting. It's a business deal, be professional - set boundaries, enforce it by disciplining yourself.

I’m overall happy with the setup up. It’s a new life experience, I told her to transfer all money owed to date and she sent me £800.

What can I say I’m enjoying the thrill and drama of it all. I think I thrive on it. I do appreciate all the responses though and I’ve made sure not to be taken advantage of.

The chick I watched a movie with wants to be with me, same girl I made a thread on before about her potentially being the one, but she wanted to settle down and have kids house etc (she’s just turned 29 and panicking). They hate each other. We all out again tomorrow for part two of my friends 30th. More news to follow.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Housemate called me just now, smashed at a work event with free bar which I warned her about. There's a tube strike on in central London so she needs to get an overground from a semi near location. She complains she cant afford to uber all the way home in her drunken babble. I tell her to walk.

Then she says to get a gram of coke for her as she'll be home in an hour - she's ubering all the way here.

Honestly the cheek of this b!tch she thought I would pay her uber home, she knows how much I earn as she saw a payslip so I think she's gonna keep pushing it til I tell her to fvck off, she's just put me on guard for the duration of her tenure
