Look at the ages and the justifications.
Look at the ages and the justifications.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
Look at who the recession has hit the most. Men. And the worst? Black men. This is another side effect of the recession. There are many men who have had to change career fields and find new lines of work which means lower pay.Drum&Bass said:I strongly believe this has nothing to do with social dynamic and MORE to do with faulty education and people not having alternative ways to educate themselves.
To many people believe going to school is the sure way to land a good job and becoming successful.
People need to learn how to LEARN as an individual and then utilize that knowledge into power.
School is the same thing as a book, a website, learning through experience or a conversation with someone. Knowledge reaches your brain through your senses...not having a formal education is a poor excuse to NOT be successful.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
High end? Ugly old chicks with expired eggs aren't high end, they're the opposite!5string said:Looks like the high end females are settling for less as there is less quality to choose from.
That's probably the key. While I shouldn't generalize from this, here's a a recent anecdote:Warrior74 said:Look at the ages and the justifications.
Fellow Atlantan, you probably know that most women here love guys with that young gay look.Drum&Bass said:I strongly believe this has nothing to do with social dynamic and MORE to do with faulty education and people not having alternative ways to educate themselves.

True. In my large company Systems department there are numerous female managers who know squat about technology. Never wrote a line of code, never set up a server, never designed a database nor know how to query one. But women were "underrepresented" (never mind few of them have IT degrees) so they were promoted. Now at least half our Systems managers are women. And project managers of either gender are absolutely clueless.Tazman said:Not to take anything away fom their accomplishments, but if they aren't hot, we don't care.
Their competencies don't impress either. I love these project managers/directors who simply instruct people to do things they themselves are clueless about, that's got to be the sweetest job out there. Gone are the days when you actually had to rise through the ranks, meaning you actually performed the work, in order to supervise people who perform said work.
I'd love to know how some of these people get these jobs. Networking? Affirmative action?
I won't say all women are like this of course, but out of all the experiences I and some of my friends have had, I haven't seen any different.
College degrees are a huge racket these days (although they will help you get a government job...).
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

So true. Looks first, everything else second. That's the elephant in the room most feminsts care to ignore. And if you try to bring it up then you're a sexist pig or misogynist in their eyes. Truth is that it's just nature doing it's thing. Also, many women who are projecting how great their job and/or education is often come off as annoying and self-important.Tazman said:Not to take anything away fom their accomplishments, but if they aren't hot, we don't care.

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
It's a bit different back then in that GW had the potential to become the leader of a colony/nation. He was an officer which meant that he was in a good position to move up and become influential in the future.backbreaker said:here is something to think about, and i'm just throwing this out there.
martha custis's husband died in 1757 leaving her the richest widow in virginia nad quite possibly the richest widow in america at the time.
George Washington had been courting his neighboors wife behind his neighboors back for a while, didn't work out and they (the neighrboor) went and moved to england leaving him heartbtroken.
he meats martha custis and courts her, and marries her. at the time George washington was just the son of a widow himself, and a solider in the army. when he marries her he becomes the richest man in Virginia and becuase of his wealth now, he is allowed to do new things now, like become a statesman and become political.
Yes, if GW did not marry up america as we know it might not very well exist and i'm very serious. there was no one else to lead the army at the time and he would not have been in a position to be in the contential congress if he were working trying to earn a living.
