Hi everyone! Jhonny here!

Throughout my experience, I have noticed something that seems to happen quite often when I meet women.
I would say that, roughly speaking, 2 out of 10 women, whether they are single, in a relationship, married, widowed, or divorced, seem to easy develop some kind of attraction toward me.

What stands out to me the most is that their comments or behavior often seem to revolve around my eyes and the way I look at them: "the intensity of my gaze, the color of my eyes, etc".

Here are a few examples.

Woman 1
Age: 25
Relationship status: In a relationship
Where we met: At the gym, in 2025
Role: She was a personal trainer

She is a very attractive woman, probably around an 8.5.
I noticed that she often stayed around me at the gym.
When I greeted her, she would smile a lot and then look away, almost as if she were embarrassed.

During the first two months, she started posting stories and photos with captions such as:
"The way you look at me." or: "The eyes are the mirror of the soul."
Over time, however, she gradually started distancing herself. She changed gyms and also changed her schedule.
About a year later, she deleted those posts from her account.
She now goes to a different gym.

Woman 2
Age: 19
Relationship status: In a relationship
Where we met: At the gym, in 2024

She was also very attractive, probably around an 8.
Her boyfriend also went to the same gym, and they trained together.
I noticed that she often glanced at me. When I was talking to other people, she seemed to keep looking at me
Sometimes she made "the look" or he made some obvious poses that he was trying to tell me he was available.
After about two months, I stopped seeing her there.
--

Woman 3
Age: 29
Relationship status: Single
Profession: Dental hygienist
Where we met: At the dentist, in 2026

Physically, in my opinion, she is extremely attractive, a 9.
She is very friendly, smiley, and flirtatious with me. Sometimes she seems to have difficulty looking directly into my eyes and often appears nervous. When she talk to me she has short of breath.
During my dental appointments, she also tends to touch me quite often, apparently in a playful way.
Since she is single, she is probably the one I might actually ask out next time I see her.
--

Woman 4
Age: 22
Relationship status: Single
Where we met: At a music course, in 2024

I would probably rate her around a 6.5/10, but personally, I am not attracted to her, either physically or because of her personality.
During the course, I noticed that she often looked at me. Even when I was talking to other people, she seemed to keep staring at me, similar to Woman 2.
When she talks to me, her voice becomes extremely feminine, almost artificially so.
She often says to her friend: "Johnny has such green eyes. They are really, really green."
Even now, she seems particularly interested in me. She has remained single and posts poems and stories on social media.
She often goes out with one of her female friends and, as far as I know, has rejected two or three guys.

I have also noticed something interesting: when a guy approaches her or contacts her, she often comes and tells me about it or makes sure that I know that the guy contacted her. She usually send me screens of their chats. But I don't really care.

My interpretation is that this could be a way of getting my attention, almost as if she were saying:
"Hey, someone is choosing me, but I am waiting for you. So what are you going to do?"
Of course, that is only my personal interpretation of her behavior. I may be wrong.

Woman 5
Age: 28
Relationship status: In a relationship
Where we met: We have known each other since childhood, but met again in 2025

I would rate her around a 7.5.
I had a very strong crush on her when I was between 10 and 15 years old. In fact, we have known each other since we were children.
After not seeing each other for three or four years, I went to the bar where she worked. I did not even know that she worked there.

After I paid at the counter, she stared at me silently for about three or four seconds.
From that day on, for at least thirty days, she often walked past the office where I worked with her two dogs.
She would stop for about twenty seconds, look inside, and then continue walking.
Quite often, she also happened to be around the area again when I finished work.
This continued for around thirty days, possibly even longer. Then I stopped seeing herdoing that.
I saw her posting some stories on social media about "How people really change so much with time".

Woman 6
Age: 28
Relationship status: Single
Role: New personal trainer at my gym

I would probably rate her around a 6.
While I am working out, I often notice her looking at me or positioning herself close to the equipment where I am training.
When I walk around the gym, she sometimes walks beside me and seems to pretend to accidentally bump into me or stumble into me.

After about a month, I stopped seeing her. I was told that she had changed gyms.

There are may women who've done this, and usually tell me how beautiful my eyes are.
Then, since I've started to build a great phisique, I've noticed that to 10x, and other than that, I usually now receive the two compliments "How good my eyes are" and "How great phisique I do have".

The recurring pattern that I have noticed is that, whenever I perceive a particularly strong interest from someone, the comments or behavior often seem to focus on my eyes and the way I look at people.
Still in 30 years never undestood what that "The way I look at them" actually means, in how I make that woman feel towards me.
This is something you can only see with an external eye.

Haha, if I had a dollar for every time a woman commented about how beautiful my long eyelashes are and how they are so jealous or how they want to steal them off my face so they can have them, I would probably be doing pretty well for myself.

Did you also experience thei change of behavior, as happened in my case with some of them?
(There are many more, but I've only given the clearest examples.)

How do you know their ages and relationship status? I mean many of these women you have never even had a conversation with!

For example the one quoted below. You noticed her looking at you and she sometimes walked by you.

No conversation from what I read.

Again how do you know how old she is and relationship status?

Same with some others you never actually talked to but noticed they were looking at you but stopped going to your gym.

Genuinely curious.

For the one I didn't know, I'd just go search their social media account.
Anyone nowadays will have one, and will publish their relationship status, day of birth and everything they do in their life.

I know this, and it's actually what happens.
I'm not really good at this with women; in fact, I see it as a nuisance.

The only thing I can do, however, is to simply assume that she is "interested", and just make the move, and move on, and if she doesn't want to come, leave her.
In this case, I become "too busy".
Better than being "too firm" like I was in the past.

If she follows well (like in the bathroom example), if she doesn't follow, adios.

Always assume she is interested, especially if she gives you an indicator of interest

is your ego being afraid of being rejected making you doubt, but in order to succeed in anything worthy you need to learn to tame your ego

your ego has to be balanced, too much is bad but also too less is bad

I don't think I have fear of rejection, I do have fear in general, but why?
That might be how i grew up with my parents at this point.

This also reflect in why I don't use Online Dating Apps in the city I do live, it's like I live in shame for that.
If that is the effect of an inner cause, I must find that and erase it
--

Given this, in order to improve with women, I also want to improve the aspect of making a move, or make a woman feel like I've made one, if she's taken.

I think I'm in the right place to learn about that.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you are fearful avoidant, meaning that you are afraid to be rejected so you stay passive

most likely has to do with having harsh parents when growing up that either were hot and cold, either they would look for reasons to start a fight

or maybe your parents were ok, and just became like this because you faced some rejections from girls / friends while growing up and it stung your ego

all in all, this is a self defense mechanism that you fired up in order to protect your ego

Depending on how much you want to fix it, it can be a somehow easy thing to fix or it can get super complicated if you leave the ego to drive the car instead of the real you
