"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I'm tired of living this way.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Women are wh0res, and get used to the reality of dying alone or settling with a girl that's rid the c0ck carousel.

I never fully "cured" this women problem that has plagued me since the beginning.

I'm just a guy who learned from a lot of mistakes I made with women in the past. So I'm more like a "highly functional" type that can score once in a while.

My point is, I don't think this is a condition to be "cured." You just manage it or treat it as you go.

You might never be the same as a (natural) guy that had girls after him since day 1. That's ok.

It's not about any of that. It's about building a life that makes you happy by trying new things until you find things you are passionate about AND improving yourself. The right woman might come along or she might not. That's not under your direct control.

Otherwise, it's like a script/routine in your head that NEVER ends, "What's wrong with me? Why do women hate me? Why do they consider me so different/weird/unattractive as compared to other guys?"

This stupid infinite loop recording can play in your head for YEARS if you let it while your life goes nowhere.

Focus on YOU. If you have the opportunity to score here and there along this journey, cool. But don't put your life or happiness on hold worrying about what some kum-dumpsters think of you.

Remember, your train is leaving. Women can get on board with you or be left at station. It's their choice. Don't be left at the station trying to pick them up either. Get on board, close the doors, and get moving.

Don't focus on girls then, focus on you. Get grounded, find yourself, become comfortable with who you are. Once you're comfortable in your own skin, your confidence will improve, and you'll be happier. Girls will start to notice.

Then Find a niche. Not everything works for everybody. A start will be to find someone with similar interests, an equal. Someone where you can start out with what comes natural and sprinkle in some game here or there. Then build off it.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
