"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

So if two drunk people collide in a car crash, then both of them are responsible.

If two drunk people have sex, the girl is raped and the guy goes to jail.

What happened to the simple rule of not drinking in bad company? If she chooses to, then she assumes part of the risk.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

However, in a more "normal" setting, I do believe that in 90% of the cases, the woman must have done something to facilitate or even provoke the "rape".

Last year, in Naples, ad midnight, a 13-yr-old girl was sitting in her house's porch with her friends just chatting. 2 guys in a motocycle started shooting towards their direction (they meant to kill a mobster who was walking right in front of them) and she was hit by a bullet. She died. Did she "facilitate" or "provoke" her death, just because she was out with her friends in a bad part of the city?

Also, having sex with a drunk woman is rape. Because you are having sex with a person that lacks the faculty to make a decision. It is the same as having sex with a mentally challenge individual.

What if you are drunk? You could claim you lacked the faculty to make the decision to refuse her sexual offers. A drunk woman choosed to get drunk, a mentally challenged individual didn't choose to "get mental", so you can't compare those two things.

Not true...having sex with a retard is not "rape," either...

It's legally only rape if it's non-consensual. If she's PASSED OUT, yes that's non-consensual. If she's drunk but conscious, that's still consensual. Look, alcohol is NOT an excuse. A drunk girl still knows what she's doing. Or is all drunken sex "rape." like Ice Cold said? Should girls who fvck drunk guys be convicted as "rapists" too?

If you don't want to have drunken sex...then DON'T DRINK. If you don't want to drunk drive and wreck...then DON'T DRINK & DRIVE. All these acts are totally VOLUNTARY, CONSENSUAL..and AVOIDABLE. Girls need to look up the word "accountability" before crying "rape."

Adone - Random abductions and rape are extremely rare. We all know by now that most "rape victims" know their "rapists." And usually drugs and alcohol are involved. That's what happens when girls hang out with the wrong type of guys and love getting wasted.

Ice Cold - That's exactly the point I'm getting at. It's not the principle (well it is a bit) but also the fact it victimizes the women and demonizes the man even though they both may be drunk. Or if he's drunk and she's sober then it's not rape on her part (we have all had that happen to us).

If someone makes a bad decision while they are drunk then it's their fault. It's different from a mentally challenged person because they didn't make the decision to be mentaly challenged therefore they bare no responisibility. That said, I'm not talking where she is too drunk to stand or communicate or know what is going on around her. I'm talking where she had a few (maybe a good few) beers and consented before only to wake up and realise that she didn't fancy the guy.

The way the law is written now, if you have sex with ANY women that has been drinking then you could be convicted of Rape. No-one night stands from a club, no sex after a date where you both have been drinking etc.

I am a MAN. MEN should have better judgment than women.

If you want to be treated like a woman...that's fine. But part of being a man is to take responsibilities for our actions. It is very clear...phucking a woman while she lost her senses is rape. You either deal with it or you don't.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

If the guy was sodomized while he was druk or unconscious...you better believe it that the woman should be convicted of sodomy.

Guys...we are DJs...correct?

We don't need a DRUNK woman to get laid anyhow.

Abide by the law or use good judgment (like a DJ should)...and we should be alright.

I don't phuck drunk women (unless she is already in a sexual relationship with me).

I believe you're right and wrong. Aren't women treated just like us now? Isn't that the liberal, "right", "equal" way?

Alcohol's not an excuse. Nor are drugs. There's something that's missing in today's society and it is simple. PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY. If a hot drunk chick wants to bang me, then I'm fukking banging her, and it's consensual, regardless of what a liberal judge's opinion or agenda is.

Just like Kobe, he got screwed. However, what's RIGHT and what's LAWFUL is two different things.

Kobe didn't get screw. He is NOT in jail. In fact, he got it very easy as he is still married.

The one that got screwed was Mike Tyson.

And make no mistake about one thing...do NOT confuse equality in careers/education/profession with equality in sexual behavior. We are NOT the same when it comes to sex.

And since when the victim should be accountable?

I know...there lots of situations in which the "rape" cry comes around. And that is pathetic. But we know the LAW and we know the RULES. So, as men we should apply judgment when it comes to those things.

And by the way...I just happen to agree with the Law in this issue.

Plenty of women out there. Why deal with drunks? Many of them might or might not be clear of judgment. And it comes down to the Legal system to determine that.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

This is actually a fascinating issue in legal philosophy.

It's not uncommon for two homosexual men get drunk and have sexual intercourse with eachother. Under the eyes of the law, they are BOTH guilty of rape! For each man, he is having sex without sober consent, and for each man, his own drunkenness is no defense.

Personally, I wouldn't feel right having a ONS with a visibly drunk girl, but legally, what EXACTLY should be the definition of rape?

Example:

Legal activity (driving) + drinking = crime

Legal activity (consensual sex) + drinking = crime ONLY when someone cries rape.

Now, that makes no sense.

You've got too much reward nowadays by NOT being accoutable for your own actions, and being a victim. So why not cry rape?

The question is was it consensual sex. Being drunk may influence the decision, but it does NOT make the decision. Either way, we apparently just disagree on what being "drunk" is.

Drunk = no rape.
If he was unconscious = yes.

Look, quit enabling drunken ho's here. Until you start holding them accountable, they won't themselves. Women don't need any more excuses these days for being voluntarily scandalous one minute and then playing the victim the next.

By your definition, if you have sex with a girl after she's had a glass of wine after dinner...you're a rapist. And fvcking drunk is just as criminal as driving drunk - for both genders. Which is really not funny if you ever get charged for RAPE after giving her some after-dinner wine before bed!!!

By that definition, how many girls have you raped before?

Law states that men and women are equal. You are defending the law, by stating "men should have better judgment than women", which is the exact opposite. If men and women are equal, they should be treated equally. That is, if a man gets drunk and fùcks a ugly woman is his business and if a girl gets drunk and fùcks a ugly man is her business. Period

This is quite possibly the most abhorrent thing I've ever read. You truly mean that a person without the mental constitution to tie thier shoe can make a decision to have sex?

You sir are an a$$hole if you believe that fvcking bullsh!t.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

So, you believe that retards can NEVER have sex then...because by your definition any sex with them is "rape?"

Wow, that is incredibly close-minded and unempathetic of you. Retards are people with sexual needs too. But I guess you have the right to speak for them all and say they deserve lifelong celibacy...as if mental retardation alone weren't enough?

Didn't you ever see Forrest Gump? Are you claiming his hot blonde friend raped him in the movie when they had sex? If so, cry me a f'n river...

Wayword's heart is in the right place, but he is wrong about drunken women being available without legal penalty. It depends on the degree of intoxication. One drink nothing, practically passed out, a no no.

The problem with rape is that it is a crime which in many instances turns exclusively on credibility. Any woman can say that she was raped. Even if the evidence is weak, the police, due to social pressures, feel obliged to proceed.

There is a lot of talk about the nasty aspect of the victim being publicly questioned about what happened. Unfortunately, not enough emphasis is placed upon a man falsely accused. Even if he is acquitted, there is always a taint on his reputation. Even if the woman plain outright lies they would rarely take any action against her for perjury or anything else.

Dr Farrell quotes one of your "leading" feminist legal experts as follows;

"Almost half of all women are raped or victims of attempted rape at least once in their lives... Under conditions of male dominance, if sex is normally something men do to women, viewing "yes" as a sign of consent is misguided."

Fact is...even if the woman is 100% sober...she can claim "rape" during consentual sex. If she had two drinks...the same. I'm not calling those women "drunk".

We are not talking here a woman that had one drink. Or two. We are talking here a woman that has lost her faculties. That's what I mean with "drunk". If a woman lost all her faculties...she is drunk.

Personally...if she is bouncing all over the place...in my book she is DRUNK. If she passed out...in my book she is DRUNK. Those two type of women are "no-no".

If she had a couple of ****tails...that's different as that does not make her drunk.

And by the way...if we know that a woman can cry rape if she was drunk...then why even put ourselves in that position? The Law (right or wrong) is clear about that. Why even carry that stigma with us?

Let's not use "********" in this discussion as the Law is already clear. You either follow it or don't follow it. Right or wrong is already clear.

Having sex with a woman that is DRUNK (and my definition of drunk is the type that a person doesn't know what she was doing or was passed out) is rape. Because you are taking advantage (power move) of her situation.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
