We offered an Important Political Fundraiser's phone contact in exchange
for a meeting with her friend.
NOW, She wants a donation on her kickstarter instead of agreed terms.

A.REVIEW THE DEAL

Remind her of our initial deal.
Not her version of it.

Assert that verbal agreements are binding via law?
-women might not respond well to logic and calling her out

Or should I approach as if she simply forgot the terms of our initial agreement.
Offer her money for other contacts.
Offer her a partnership on another deal.
Get her on the phone.

Verbal deals are a crap shoot. Legal or not it's "he said/she said", and up to some Judge who is going to believe the one of the two of you with the vagina in their pants.. You decide who that is... For now Email her and kindly remind her what you verbally agreed to. If she tries to call you on the phone in response to your Email, and she probably will, don't answer it.. If you have to, Email her and tell her you came down with laryngitis and can't talk on the phone so you have to correspond by Email.. (I do this several times a year when I want something in writing from people reluctant to give it to me)... If she won't agree to the deal on your terms in writing, walk away from her and don't look back. And learn that verbal deals aren't sh|t with unethical people. And assume that everyone is unethical until they prove to you that they are not.
