Will truly busy women still make time?

Had a nice little FWB going for the past 3-4 months now. I typically initiated every encounter but she was always more than willing to jump at the opportunity to hang out. We hadn't spoken in about a month until today, I asked her what her schedule was like this week and she replied with "busy."

I'm pretty good aquaintances with her roommate so two things I know for sure:

1. She isn't seeing anybody else
2. She is legitimately busy (3 jobs, school part time)

I figure I'll wait a while and try to arrange something again in a week or two. If it doesn't pan out I have no qualms about cutting ties, but just wanted to reach out and see what others thoughts/suggestions were.

If you need more time add a plate. She doesn't have time. You may be able to get a couple 1 hr slots from per per week around bedtime, but that's about it.

Yes but it'll be like when you suggest a date she will reschedule, so it might be "i'm busy as hell the next couple of days but I want to see you, hows friday?" then she actually will show up.

Not interested "busy" = just "i really want to see you but i'm just so busy" with no suggestion of a reschedule

it's easy to spot the difference, if they don't suggest a reschedule, throw them on the backburner and only move forward if she starts grovelling

In this situation if you like spending time with her why not organize "to put her to sleep" on several nights with sex around bedtime. She's not going to have a lot of time to go on dates and things like this, but this is something she may be interested in.
