Standard Bench which grips for barbell

Two dumbells weighing 6.8kg together

Barbell weighing 50kg

I can do squats, deadlifts, curls etc with these. SO do i need anything else to bulk up or is this equip. ok to start with?

If your just starting out, that equipment will work fine. The problem is, when you start getting stronger you will eventually need a few extra weights and someone to spot you so you don't injure yourself. Also, in my opinion, I feel 10x more motivated to lift when I am at the gym then when I am by myself.

In a way yeah man but even if i was going regularly i wouldnt keep up the membership as its too expensive and they dont have the best equipment down there.
