If we were robots, then that would work. You could "fix" something and that would be the end of it. Unfortunately, things are not so simple. In order to "fix" something you have to work at is slowly and continuously. The longer you work at it, the less effort it takes. It gets easier over time, but you don't really "fix" anything for good... more like treat it.I'm going to be turning 30 at the end of August. Hopefully I'll fix my issues by then.
It's not a switch you can flip, but that would be awesome wouldn't it?
Anyways, keep it up. You've been making progress. It may not feel like it, but you've managed to accept that you have a problem and you're getting an idea of what it is. That's a hard step, but you're doing it.
Keep going and try to brainstorm solutions if you can.
