If a safe weight loss drug hit the market it would lead to more attractive women hitting the market

men who were overweight would also benefit

what do you see the net impact on the game being?

would the increased supply of suitable women be eclipsed by an increased supply of chads?

i think it could be a net beneft. We need more fit women although as someone who has exercised for years i am always skeptical of shortcuts

This is like asking how the introduction of fat-free snack foods "will change the game."

Fatties will shoot themselves up with a shot and continue doing all of the other things that made them fatties in the first place. Anyone up for a double mochaccino while we compare Instagram feeds on our phones? *tee hee*

No, because people will still maintain their crappy eating habits and the weight will come right back once they get off it.

Also, these drugs are completely unnecessary for anyone who chooses to manage their nutrition properly and actively works on maintaining good insulin sensitivity.

This is the equivalent of people who don't workout taking steroids to try and gain muscle.

The funny thing is people have lost like 30 lbs in a year when I have multiple times lost that amount of weight in a matter of 3 months or less switching from a winter bulk to a summer lean out program. The sh!t doesn't even make sense...it takes them 4x as long to lose the weight and they have learned absolutely nothing of value while doing so, which means as soon as they get off it they will gain it all right back much quicker than it took them to lose it.

Which is even more fvcked up because you should be able to lose weight 3x faster than you gained it, not the other way around.

There are already medical studies out showing that people go off it and gain all their weight back.

The only weight loss pill I can see working is either an effective appetite suppressant or one that multiplies your metabolism.

The idea is that the fat Rx will take away the urge to eat junk food.

Not sure why that is surprising. They think they get something for nothing, but life doesn't work like that. If you don't change your dietary habits, eventually your body will go back to the same state it was in that led to all the weight gain to being with. Namely being insulin resistant.

That is not surprising, but, that is probably only because they do not change their diet plans. If they begin practicing a better diet plan before, during, and after taking the drug, does the weight stay off?

Depends how effective it is at addressing their root issue which is insulin resistance. No drugs are needed for that and the results will come far quicker if you do it yourself.
