Actually, one of the transfers is from an European server to another in Ecuador, facilitated by Rafael Correa, their president, who offered extra servers for them. Latinamerica operates under a very different root server, which takes a long time to refresh. The amazon cloud services could not host them any longer due to pressure from the GOP, which is pretty understandable, I don't want my documents in servers in my own country if I can help it.Apparently the US bullied their domain provider into discontinuing their service.
