"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

ok, to anyone who has the intention of sayign that is not manly to keep a diary, then you have two options, Go****Yourselves, or call it a journal, that being said.

Ok, so all day long, little things happen that bother you. This guy did that. This chick said that. Now, as DJs we try to keep above the fray, but after all we are only human... The hb8 that shot you down... Hard. All these little things get to you. And they saty there... and they contribute to your stress. But most importantly, that little voice in your head that likes to pick on you, it runs off this small sh*t.

You have two ways of dealing with it.
  1. Let that little voice grind your confidence down every time something happens.
  2. or flush it out of your head, acknowledge it, and move on.

this is why I keep I diary...

let me give you an example, i'm standing in a grocery store, looking at two types of X product, and some a$shole just hit you with his cart and says: "Thanks for moving." Now, there are a re a host of different ways you can react to that. For example, you feel like going to beat him up because he made you eel like victim, you can think that you did something for this guy to see you as victim, you can go tap him on the shoulder and talk to him...

Now whatever you do, it will stick in your head and unless the guy apologized and said that he had been having a ****ty week, the odds are that the little voice in your head is going to have something to go on....

now this is where the diary comes in, if you write what you felt happened, you flush that event out of your memory... actually, let me restate that... you do all your thinking on paper, and the little voice has nothing to go on....

so give it a shot, keep a diary, whenever something happens that you feel that little voice rocking your cage about, just open it and write what happend and what you could've done, and especially what you felt...
Don't hold on to ****, flush it.

Jz.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
