Why would an ex tell me she loves me after sex?

My ex is visiting me this week, and is staying at my house (in my bed if you get what I mean ). Anyways, yesterday after we're done having sex she tells me that she loves me. This caught me by surprise a bit since it's been 2 years since we've been together (though I went went out and spent a couple weeks with her last year, and we talk and email each other occasionally). What I'm wondering is whether she actually loves me or is that just a reaction from us sleeping together.

who says I don't care about her anymore? We only broke up because I moved away. But I can't say I'm in love with her anymore since I moved on from that relationship.
