"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Hi Guys, just saw this David DeAngelo article "Why Nice Guys Fail With Women"
and had to comment: what a load of nonsense. He says exactly what he thinks he should say to sell his book. If you followed what he is implying, you'll need his book because few women will be interested in you!
The most popular guys I know are "nice" (which does not mean lacking in confidence, being overly accomodating, etc). Nice well-socialized guys get most of the women. It's the fame and social value that draws the women to the rock stars he mentions, not because they're "bad" (and they're not usually bad anyway - it's just part of their image).

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

u re completely right. the world isn't divided onto nice and bad guys, the world is divided onto nice attractive guys and dorks, and it doesn't mean that if a dork is using "****y and funny" technique he will have any success with women. he will just look pathetic no matter how well he masters his approach techniques with women.

While it is true that David D. is a master marketing expert by now, what he says is not "total crap." Trust me, there IS a way you can become better at this, hell I've done it. I mean, you can improve A LOTT. A WHOLE LOT. Some guys already have it in them but with all the social programing get stuck in the "whimp" mode because they think it's right and safe. Once they see the light, there is no limit what some guys can do. I can put my life on this because I've done it my self and a few of my relatives/close friends have taken the "game" to an extreme and they're even naturally better then me (although I won't tell 'em that ;)) But I am truly amazed by how much a person can improve them selves.
