“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Why is it that I never feel like I pushed myself hard enough?

I know it doesn't mean much, but I never feel sore after a workout. The only time I can feel even slight soreness in my upper-body is the day after. Core workouts is a different story, I can feel pretty sore after one. But again, I know it shouldn't matter but I don't feel like I've accomplished anything unless I'm sore after. I just finished doing about 3 sets of pyramids (1-5 reps; pushups and pullups) - 2 with a 30lb weighted backpack - and I still don't feel like I did much of anything. Everything is either too easy or too hard for me, and believe me I struggled doing pullups and pushups with that weighted backpack.

I try to make sure my form is good, I try to make my workouts intense, but still nothing. Does my body just not have enough room for further muscular increases in size (and possibly strength)?

I occasionally have days where I feel like this, but the next training session I hit fvcking hard - cos I want that pain. I don't ever hurt directly after a session though, its always 1 -2 days after.

except for today, doms have kicked in now (roughly 12 hours after my chest session.)

I rarely get doms on my upper back nowadays either. legs I hit till my knees wobble and usally get some soreness there - but if I don't? I hit them hard as fvkkk the next time.

try changing up the excercises you do and hit some mad volume

get your weight lower and make yourself pushed towards them to really get a good attention on you. make it simple

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Soreness is not a good indicator of how well you trained, and you should avoid the habit of depending on that feeling. Focus on progress and not how you feel after each workout. Did you get one more rep in your top set than you did last week? Did you do the same number of reps but add a little weight to the bar? As long as you're progressing, don't worry about the other crap.
