"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Ok i broke up with my ex about 2 goddamn years ago! I aint seen her for 2 years! And after 2 years oneitis has hit me and i cant stop thinking about her.

I mean the mad thing is after we broke up, i was like 'whatever, we've broken up, life goes on'. And i honestly didnt think of her once in 2 years! And even during the relationship i wasnt really thinking about her, i used to just go home and carry on with my business and not even think about us two.

Now after 2 damn years, i seriously cant stop thinking about her. It started about a couple of months ago and i cant get rid of her in my mind. The funny thing is, im certain i dont miss HER. But i still think about her. It doesnt make sense. I mean i dont miss her as a person.

I seriously dont know whats going on! I feel sick coz im thinking of her so much. I just cant stop thinking about all the good times we had.

What the hell is going on!!!??

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

did you have any relationships during the 2 years?

yup, its probably the lack of social interaction. either that or you've got too much time on your hands.

have you noticed when you're busy and absorbed doing things, you don't have much time to think about what went wrong or all the good times you've spent with your exes?

get out there, party or hang with your buddies. don't give your mind enough time to think about her.

i broke up with my ex a year ago and sometimes i do still think of her - like what you said, all the good times we spent together and shyte. but that's only when i'm sitting at home with nothing else better to do.

when i'm doing things, meeting people... WHO THE HECK CARES ABOUT THE EX?

chill mate. oneitis happens to the best of us.

Yea i guess it cos im going through a bit of a social rut at the moment. I ended up disconnecting from my buddies as i decided i couldnt continue hanging around with coke heads anymore. Ive known them since school but it had to be done.

But anyway yea thats right, since then ive been having a lot of time to myself and i guess i aint got nothing to occupy my time other than think a lot.

So i guess its just a case of me getting busy again.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
