“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Why does water taste so disgusting in the morning?

So I pretty much only drink water. I've never really liked much else to be honest, pop disgusts me, orange juice is too sour if it doesn't have pulp in it and doesn't even taste like actual juice from oranges, I loved milk but drank too much of it when I was 13 (about 9/10ths of a gallon a day) so my body rejected it and I became lactose intolerant, I don't even like milkshakes nearly as much as most people do (or even ice cream for that matter), and now I can only drink water, almond milk, and occasionally sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade or something. Tea is pretty damn good but I never have caffeine unless I'm tapering/deloading for a special event so I rarely drink tea. The rest of my family isn't lactose intolerant so we don't have almond milk all the time, and I don't think they have a problem with drinking water in the morning either lol

Anyway, I'm wondering if I was the only one who had this issue and if there is anything I can do about it. And why?

Only two factors count in this equation. What you are doing prior to drinking that first glass of water in the morning and what the water is doing prior to it's consumption. In this corner you have just spent 5-8 hours with your mouth wide open with little to no hygienic interference. Your mouth has gotten dry and bacteria has proliferated, causing a foul odor and taste. The only solution? Brush your teeth, swig with mouthwash, or get something in your gullet to overpower halitosis.

In the blue corner the water has just spend the last 5-8 hours sitting in a grimy, lukewarm, metal-laden pipe rather than a cool tank surrounded by more water. All sorts of non-H20 substances find it's way into your water. Likewise some of the O finds itself out of your water, leaving even more room for foul-tasting substances. The only solution? Let that water run for awhile or keep your bedside supply in an air-tight bottle to keep it solvent

Tried that, barely did anything at all. The first few hours after waking up water just tastes horrible.

Both, but tap water especially sucks in the morning.

They keep saying bacteria, but brushing my teeth and rinsing out with mouthwash does hardly anything. Usually I have to eat something before I can drink anything.

Get your bottled water in glass bottles. It tastes better and plastic or metal hasn't leeched into it. Keep it cold.

There are lots of non-caffeine teas out there, many with Rooibos or herbs that are pretty tasty. Get organic ones. I make iced tea all the time (unsweet) with various organic Rooibos teas or mint teas or other herbals as my son loves them. Chill them in the fridge in a big pitcher (glass is best).

I never drink beverages that have been in either plastic or styrofoam. There is a reason Starbucks uses paper cups, and it isn't cost, it's taste. I also don't trust the tap water either where I am as I live in a heavily agricultural area (I don't trust the pesticides that leech to the groundwater). So I get everything in glass (water by the case) for drinking and cooking. It is expensive but I can tell the difference. The tap water here tastes gross to me although I do use it for bathing and brushing teeth and washing dishes. I haven't sprung for the full-on house filtering system although I might yet one day.

The suggestion about rinsing your mouth and brushing your teeth is good too but sounds like you already do this. Try water in glass bottles and see if that helps.

Do you sleep with a fan on? It could be drying your tongue.
The heater turns on when the thermostat detects the temperature getting too low, but I don't have a fan in my room.

I should try this. I usually drink tap water and have no qualms with it anymore as I got used to it. Plastic does change the taste of water too, especially if it's warm/hot. I will see.

Out with one part water three parts hydrogen peroxide every night, it will keep your gums healthy as well as kill bacteria. Swab it on your face with a cotton ball if you have acne, and then Moisturize. inexpensive, kills bacteria, good stuff

It moisturizes? Also, doesn't it eat away at your gums if you do it too much? I've tried it a few times before and I swear it shrank my gums near my teeth. I'll try it again I guess.

Lol, no hydrogen peroxide dues not moisturize. I meant, after You gargle and use some of it on your face, be sure to moisturize with lotion

Oh ok, because I was thinking the opposite haha. I already have stuff to help control my acne so I don't really need to use the peroxide anyway. Thanks for the help though :)
