So I pretty much only drink water. I've never really liked much else to be honest, pop disgusts me, orange juice is too sour if it doesn't have pulp in it and doesn't even taste like actual juice from oranges, I loved milk but drank too much of it when I was 13 (about 9/10ths of a gallon a day) so my body rejected it and I became lactose intolerant, I don't even like milkshakes nearly as much as most people do (or even ice cream for that matter), and now I can only drink water, almond milk, and occasionally sports drinks like Gatorade or Powerade or something. Tea is pretty damn good but I never have caffeine unless I'm tapering/deloading for a special event so I rarely drink tea. The rest of my family isn't lactose intolerant so we don't have almond milk all the time, and I don't think they have a problem with drinking water in the morning either lol
Anyway, I'm wondering if I was the only one who had this issue and if there is anything I can do about it. And why?
