Does the term refer to feminists who they have corporate power/legal power over men?

I am confused how is this word relate to women.

lol. does that mean websters is feminist? haha. Seriously though...whatever about empowerment, the fact that you feel the need to throw it up in other peoples face is not true empowerment. People with power know they have it and feel no need to constantly tout it. Imagine the President (any of them, not just O) constantly saying, "I'm the president! I'm empowered!!!!!" it would have the exact opposite effect. You would either rankle from his stupidity, or doubt his claim. Its poor manners and poor form.
