Wright is right. Something like a mere half of women can even have an orgasm from sex. I would guess that some of them fake it because they like the guy and want his ego to feel good.
Sometimes they can't orgasm no matter how hot your are. It's a physical condition. Sometimes it's to make the guy feel good about himself. There are some that believe if they are easy to please the man will want to stick around. There are some men who think making a woman orgasm is too much work, so he may become bored.
And yes some want it to be over. Every woman is different. Ask her.
