Comfort level with the girl may be part of it, but in my case at least, there was more to it than that. It happened with several women over a certain period of time. Things like diet, exercise, the amount of sleep you're getting, and overall stress level can be factors too. I found that it helped to spend more time with foreplay.

I know from experience this is easier said than done, but don't let it stress you out. It's a normal thing, it doesn't last forever.
