"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Why do girls have this reaction to me?

Hi

A bit about myself. I'm six foot two hit the gym and Iam told (not by family) that Iam pretty goodlooking. Yet women in general seem to dislike me:woo:

I don't know how I do it , I have friends (male ones) but Iam very very shy. I suffer from a body image disorder so I find it difficult to string two words together. And it doesn't help when strangers ask if I have a girlfriend and when I say no they think Iam Gay or something.

I'll give you an example of what Iam talking about. I was in a supermarket today. And I was trying to open a plastic bag to put some bread in . These two girls noticed this I think and one says ' Does he need some help?' and the other one goes (no I think he needs some mental help though!!).Now this girl in question works in this supermarket and I do catch her glancing at me at times . I kind of thought it might be because she knew me from somewhere but I obviously creep her out.

I have never chatted her up or anything so I don't know how it's possible to creep someone out I have never even spoke too...Iam not weird I have m8's and a job but I just seem to have some kind of women repellent on me. Any thoughts on this matter would be appreciated .Thanks!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

1. Body image disorder doesn't affect your ability to speak.
2. Your post is too vague.
3. Read the DJ Bible to learn how to attract women instead of repel them.

If I could reach through the screen I would take your keyboard away. Stop posting to people who have psychological issues because you don't know what you're talking about.

Body image disorder makes a person feel insecure. Insecurity causes people to be uncomfortable talking to people.

To the OP...let me see what I can find for online self help with body image.

There are a bunch of books available, but some are very specific to different problems.

This site has a lot of great info on different emotional/psychological issues:

You probably have Peter Parker syndrome... girls can tell a loser just by the way he walks.

sure, Wyldfire, just feed into his need for excuses. Plenty of guys on this forum have/had anxiety issues. That doesn't mean we can't learn to be sociable.

i still say the post is too vague

and btw, here's a hint, Spoon: No matter how ugly you may think you look, LOOKS DON'T MATTER. Keep that in mind. Be powerful, not beautiful. And read the Bible.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
