Most PUAs starting rebranding themselves to "self improvement", the ones that stayed got cancelled. I don't think the Rooshv forum was ever good, even in it's peak 90% of the threads were crying about feminism or some political garbage.


Your first mistake is expecting to find legitimate advice on reddit, i went to R/seduction once and the top voted post was some girl telling guys that "it's creepy to approach women". That was enough for me to click away and never use reddit again.

Except for there's not much left. The seduction community had it's golden age and now it's in some sort of either Dark Age or it's fading out. Hard to tell.

Honestly, if I don't visit SoSuave now in a while, I find myself slipping back to the bluepill ever so slightly. Really shows you how forcefully our society pushes the bluepill mindset through our throat by way of TV, music, government decisions, other people, etc.

Why are you on So Suave?

Fvcked if I know? Browsing the threads gives me something to read when I'm bored which is
more or less any time I'm not at work. SS does serve to remind me how far from normal I actually
am and how as a result of this how VERY unlikely I am to engage in another relationship. My sex
drive is nil anyway so it's no huge loss in the big scheme of things. I came here originally to try and
get some useful information or insights into male/female dynamics I may have missed with the
delusional idea of getting back into the game. After being told 1000 times 'to hit the gym' 'spin plates'
'get my T levels sorted' and to 'get better from autism' as if you can and I quickly realised that this place
is an echo chamber like more or less every online community. It does entertain me occasionally and
although I rarely get a response to what I post these days it does feel nice that another human occasionally
knows I exist.

I suspect that my path here is similar to that of other Normie-tier greybeards. When the internet got going, one way or another we learned about the concept of Game, and since we had been much less proficient with chicks than we thought we should be, we dug into researching it, finding this site along the way. We tried to incorporate and test out all the techniques, but we (at least the non-Chads) quickly came to the conclusion that there is no magic pill. Now, this website for us is like that neighborhood bar where you see the old Incels (men that had somehow had become Incels even during earlier generations when literally any man could get a chick) drink, with their stacks of dollar bills that they merely get the attention of the bartendress and point to their stack to get their draft beer refilled - i.e., it's a habit that we've hung on to.

I think Game has had a history a lot like network marketing - i.e., in the early days, there were a few decent women that could be won over by Game, but that lake got quickly fished out by the torrent of incelibate men joining the party. And of course, Tinder was the dagger that has pretty much finished Game off.
