"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

A heavy work load has always sucked the sexual desire out of me. The more free time I have, the more I want sex.
Until you fantasize about the middle aged woman at work bending her over the desk and ****ing her during after office hours. Or even during office hours with the office door closed. I lift weights, so my mind wanders everyday.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

also stress from work

Tech jobs, despite being well paid, they also come with a lot of stress and makes you extremely logical ( towards autism ) which makes you brain need more relax time

the human brain is not built for 9-5 jobs + dealing with complex and abstract stuff all the time

I was working as a data engineer at some point, and my sex drive and social skills went down the toilet while I had this tech job despite being in my late 20s
Super relevant and underrated comment. It might be a good job financially speaking (I also did it), whole days of sitting inside stressing over abstract stuff in your head (and dealing with office politics at the same time) do not make it a good job physically and spiritually speaking. That's why I quit such a job (still do it for my own business, so I make my own agenda) and now work my body with manual labor as a side job.

P.S. Pick a side job carefully! Exhausting your body with manual labor might be just as bad. Walking around, carrying not too heavy stuff and twisting your body in all kinds of angles keeps the body and mind fresh. Only when you have balance, you feel your natural horniness come back.

Was with you until you said "middle aged woman"

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

At some point you will lose interest in having s*x with a woman you are seeing. The hotter the woman, the more amazing the s*x and the less frequently you see her, the longer this will take. But it’s inevitable; there are no exceptions.

And when this happens the desire to experience a new or a different woman will be much greater than the desire for your current one.

Why do you think Leonardo De Caprio looks bored most of the time despite his ability to pull more women than the average guy? Even he experiences this.

I’ve always felt that Leo’s dumping of his girlfriends once they reached 25 was subconscious to a degree. Once they lost their youth he just naturally lost attraction and moved on. An average guy will lose attraction, but it’s difficult for him to attract a younger woman, so he stays.

Leo is addicted to getting any woman he wants. He's living the dream, and I'd say he could die happy.

The one thing he lacks is a child to carry his legacy and that's the part he will come to terms with.

For me the two biggest variables have been the amount of stress in my life and my level of physical fitness. Even in my 50s living a stress free life and being in good shape has resulted in a strong libido. During my 30s or 40s I was much more stressed with work or relationship issues, not to mention being overweight, and I had so little libido I thought I was impotent. Obviously there can be other reasons for folks but those have been the two that have impacted me most.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

In my 20's I used to be able to get off to any woman. In my 30's she had to be semi attractive. In my 40's she HAS to be attractive.

I wouldn't say I "lost" my sex. It's more like it took me into my 40's for my sex drive to stabilize because I no longer have raging hormones.

Guys don't start off with a 100% sex drive. They start off with a 500% sex drive that gradually goes to 100% as they mature in age.

The biggest misconception is that teenage guys have the perfect sex drives. It's literally uncontrollable and makes you think with your penis and do dumb/risky things. Some guys would like through their teeth and promise a girl the world just to hit it and quit it.

Yes, I have noticed the women has to be more attractive in order for me to maintain an erection. When I was 25 I had sex with a woman who was nearly 300lbs. Don’t know if that would work out at 39.

Men will always desire sex , the problem is they lose desire for it with the same person

We were never built to be in 20,30,40 year relationships with one woman its a social construct designed by Churches and governments

You put a young chick in lingerie in her 20's in front of any man and given half the chance he will fvck her senseless
