They dress up and want to show cleavage. So if some guy looks at their cleavage, then the girl goes back to their friends and says "I can't believe that guy, he kept staring at my cleavage. What a pervert" I mean if girls don't want guys looking, then dress up as a Nun or as Amish girl.

by calling you a perv, they are saying that a guy actually was gawking at you without coming out and being stuck up about it

I think this is called "having your cake and eating it too".

They get the attention, and they also get to feel like they are above seeking attention... AT THE SAME TIME. It's the best of both worlds for these chicks.

my girlfriend doesn't do that!?! Guess that means that my girlfried isn't a girl so she isn't a girl?!? Guess I better go check later on tonight to make sure that she is a girl... I'll tell you guys how that goes later on. :crazy:

Maybe it just has to do with the types of girls that you go after. Maybe you should be more picky.
