"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

in other cases I would advise against it.

nope, saturated fat is fine.

I just think milk is unhealthy in general. it does work for weight gain but do you really need all that milk sugar as well?

raw eggs, heavy cream and protein powder give a superior anabolic profile without all the lactose.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Simple. Eat more chicken and fish. Red meat if yu can afford it. Piece of meat fish or chiken should be the size of your palm. Eat atleast four meals a day consisting of these protein sources. Supplyments and quickfixes wont get you far. Downing lots of milk products are what I call a quickfix.

Only 4 meals a day?? Not to nitpick, but I'd jack that up to 6-8 meals per day.

And milk...ahh milk....

If you're serious about getting big muscles without big belly, I'd lose the milk. There's a whole boatload of sugars in milk, and in my personal experience, sugar(carbs) + dietary fat = bodyfat. Whats more, if you buy the normal commecial milk, its pumped with sugars and other **** as well.

The protein in milk is decent, but I'd have to guzzle 10L of the stuff per day to get enough protein. There simply isn't enough bang for buck to take milk seriously... not to mention the side-affects(bloating, digestion, acne, sleepiness, etc)

Stick to beef, whole eggs, pork, turkey, chicken, tuna, salmon, mackerel, sardines, whole eggs, steak, etc. Go crazy on them, don't forget to eat your brocolli too.

But yeah, milk? naaahhhh

Well I said atleast 4 since most newbies have a hard time going from not eating well to eating like a hardcore bodybuilder :)

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Have any of you guys tried peanut milk?

http://www.peanutmilk.net/en/

It's hard to find, but tastes great, and supposed to be very healthy.

I've also tried almond milk, which is good, but not sure of the health benefits.

Almond milk is healthier than peanut milk... There's a host of reasons, but the acidity/lack of poly's in peanut milk would make almond milk a better choice.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
